I have a great experience with my surgery and my cancer journey since I have been referred to Mr. Milligan and his team as they we're able to met the care and the treatment I needed to the highest standard of care. He has the knowledge, compassion to his work and to his patients, he's been very professional, understanding, and always ready to listen to your opinion. As a cancer patient who was quite anxious at that time he was able to alleviate my anxiety through his explanations in planning for my treatment which is to undergo mastectomy with reconstruction, with the first meeting he was able to gain my trust, and the best thing is, he give you time to make decision, everything has been explained re-the plan, what's the outcome and any complications and he has been very honest and truthful with what he say. I would say he is young and well experienced Oncoplastic Surgeon, with the result of my surgery you would say He has done an excellent job, as I'm amazed and so happy with the result of my surgery and it help me maintain my self esteem with what I've gone through, and I owe it to my surgeon and his team. I am so grateful to Mr Milligan, my breast care nurse Michelle and Rachel who's always been there for me for looking after me so well, and the rest of Mr Milligans team during my surgery I have a great experience from pre-op to post-op, I salute and thank you may God bless you all..."So happy to be Cancer free and have my breast back".

Mr Milligan explained clearly what was involved. He explained that the standard procedure included a wire that was inserted into the breast, he then advised me of a new procedure called an RFID tag instead of the wire, that can be inserted days before surgery. I agreed to the method and was the second person in the country to have this. Mr Milligan is lovely calm and caring, I am sure that when he is training Juniors Doctors he would instil confidence in them, he is an excellent surgeon with a lovely manner. Kind regards
